FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS - NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED!

unitestore offers free standard shipping on all household product orders within the United States. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes (oversized items may have limited delivery to PO Boxes).

2. Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excludes weekends/holidays)
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from shipment (contiguous US)
  • Alaska/Hawaii Shipping: 7-14 business days from shipment (still free of charge)
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (additional fees apply) - 1-3 business days (contiguous US)

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website using this number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order placement, contact info@unitestore.shop.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Oversized/heavy household items (e.g., large storage furniture) may have longer delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, but we waive this fee for first-time errors).
  • International shipping is not currently available.

5. Lost/Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@unitestore.shop with photos (for damaged items) or tracking details (for lost packages). We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a free replacement or full refund within 3 business days of verification.
