Effective Date:

1. Eligibility for Returns

At unitestore, we stand behind the quality of our household products. You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All return shipping costs are covered by unitestore (free return shipping for all customers).

2. Return Process

  1. To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@unitestore.shop (our dedicated return email). Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24 business hours.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location – no shipping fees will be charged to you.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of approval, with no deductions for shipping (we offer free standard shipping on all orders).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or personalized/customized are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, certain household items (e.g., opened cleaning supplies, used kitchen utensils) may also be non-returnable. Contact info@unitestore.shop for clarification.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@unitestore.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice, with no return required for severely defective items.
