1. Eligibility for Returns
At unitestore, we stand behind the quality of our household products. You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All return shipping costs are covered by unitestore (free return shipping for all customers).
2. Return Process
- To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@unitestore.shop (our dedicated return email). Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24 business hours.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location – no shipping fees will be charged to you.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of approval, with no deductions for shipping (we offer free standard shipping on all orders).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or personalized/customized are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, certain household items (e.g., opened cleaning supplies, used kitchen utensils) may also be non-returnable. Contact info@unitestore.shop for clarification.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@unitestore.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice, with no return required for severely defective items.
